Interloc building Solutions recommend that flat roofs are inspected at a minimum frequency of twice a year, ideally this should be done just before and just after winter. Attached you will find the Interloc maintenance schedule which outlines what work should be carried out.
In the medium to long term this will undoubtedly save the property owner money but unfortunately this is often an overlooked or ignored part of building maintenance.
Interloc approved contractors will gladly quote you for this maintenance work which is generally a maximum of 3 hours per visit.
